I am trying to close the Cards. Do you have any phone number for Orchard / HSBC?

I have called 800-724-4964 / 888-385-8916 and could not talk to any one who can help. They want me to call the number that is on the back of the card. I left card at home. Once I go home, I'll give them a call.

I called and talked to HSBC. They talked me into keeping one card. I do have to pay AF but they will refund CLI fee they charged. So in the end it would cost me $4.50 for AF for the card. They will combine both cards CL into one $500 + $500 + Plus a CLI of $400. So total in the end I'll have one card with $1400 CL and an AF of $4.50. I guess it is not bad for now. I'll keep it for another year and see how things goes at that time.
