I have the Blue Sky. I got it back in 08' with a targeted offer. I had no clue about credit it and ended up maxing it out on a huge trip. So they shot my APR up to 24.4% I paid the balance in full about 6 months later and they dropped it down to 7% where it has been at for the last 3-4 years. I really don't know why its so low my income is low atm(in grad school) all I can think is my scores and maybe there internal scores?
