My Chase exposure is 58.7%, not counting a HELOC. Haven't applied for CSR, 7/24 until December.
I guess I'll need to shift some CL around to get one opened in the future.
Try applying for CPR. Some people over 5/24 are approved

Believe they were referring to a (CSP) Chase Sapphire Preferred Visa Signature with a minimum credit line of $5K and a (CSR) Chase Sapphire Reserve Visa Infinte with a minimum credit line of $10K.
