What is your Discover IT student card limit

Started at $1,500 then a CLI after about 5 or 6 months to $2,000.

DW only $500, no SP or auto CLI yet (will not approve HP) after 10 months. Now is the lowest from all her cards. Will use the card only once a month from 5% category to get the FICO score.

When mine was a student card it started at a 1000 limit and stayed there for 3 years (little income), until the auto increased it after I graduted and I updated income

I have a Discover IT Student card with a $500 limit. They refuse to raise the limit without a HP, which I won't let them do. It doesn't even let me attempt to do a SP CLI online, just says "We're Sorry. Your credit limit increase request cannot be processed at this time." Makes me so mad haha.

If you have less than 10% utilization and pay off your statement each month in full, you can ask for a CLI after 6-7 months.

Mine is $2750, and I don't currently plan to ask for another CLI until I graduate. I started at $1000 in Oct 2013, took a HP to get to 2000 in February I think, and took another HP to get to $2750 in June I think. I am a graduate student if it matters.

They gave me 9.5k starting CL, though I applied for the reg not the student version even though I am still a student. I had a few cards before it with the longest being about 1.75 years

Exactly the same with my DW card. She regrets applying for the Student version. Let's see what happens after graduation day.
