Re: What is your goal card by the end of the year?

My UTL is my main obstacle now. Ive had my UTL at 1% my entire rebuilding process up until 4 moths ago (had to buy a bunch of new expensive appliances for the DWs Bakery) plus a few trips and right now its at 21%. By August it should be back at 1% and then I'll consider my options.

Re: What is your goal card by the end of the year?

I really have all the cards I need and reached my goal. Now I just have to narrow down my spending so I don't have 30 bucks on 15 cards. I would love to get my quicksilvers to visa sigs and WEMC eventually. They are my oldest cards and I've been in prime territory for awhile but cap one doesn't want to budge.

I started building my credit in January of 2013 and before I knew much about it I applied for EVERY THING. Well two years later I had 55 EX INQs! Mostly from applying for stuff I had no shot of getting from that stage. Its been a few months from that two year mark and 22 INQs have already came off, crazy! I'm now down to 33 which is still alot but a big difference. Everyone seemed to want to pull my EX report, anyhow by November I should be down to 12 INQs. I'll be ditching 4 cards I used for rebuilding that will reach 2 years of reporting and I want to apply for an Amex EDP and a Chase SW card. What are your goal cards to have by the end of the year?

Wow. i thought i had a lot of inquiries. 12 total in 2 years. hehehe. 6 in the last 12 months. but anyway. my goal card was to get in with chase before end of year. i actually got that chase freedom in mail yesterday. so im done. at least with credit cards. maybe a citi double cash.

Re: What is your goal card by the end of the year?

I got most of the cards that I want between last year and this year so nothing for me now.  Next step is to garden like there's no tomorrow!  Smiley Very Happy

I haven't tried, but I think it will be an uphill battle for moi also.  Not that worried, will take a cli if get, and just let it ride.   (Also, apr reduction).
