Since this is strictly CC APR we're talking about:
I'm rebuilding, so lowest is 22.9% and highest is 24.9%. I PIF though, so I really don't care.
If we're talking all credit products, my LOC has an APR of 6.25%.

Thanks for sharing and good luck with rebuilding! That's a low APR for your LOC. You have the right mix going on, and should improve your profile in no time.

Awesome low APR. I'm assuming Cap1 QS1 is one of your first cards based on the APR and card type, compared to your others.
Lowest: 6.25% from FNBO
Highest: 23.24% from Chase (Freedom)
not including my store cards, I believe the highest is my Gap Visa around ~25%

So far you have the lowest APR! Chase is just crazy! They aren't very good with APRs from what I've seen.

No, actually it was my first new card in a number of years (got it in May 2013, had not applied for a card since 2008) however I had a recent mortgage short sale in summer 2012 and late payments that tanked my score prior to me applying. I knew my score was down but didn't know how much lol. I was happy they approved me for $1k at the time (tied for my highest limit then).
Lowest is my FNBO Amex at 6.25% Highest is a tie between Chase and Citi for 23.99%
Lowest: Ring 8%
Highest: Us Bank 23.9%
Many cards at 0% introductory for 12+ months left, not using though
Unless youconsider Care Credit or JCrew my only two score cards, then that is a whole different game, but assume OP is taking major CC's
Lowest: Amex Delta 6.99% for 12 months
Barclays Ring 8%
Highest: Chase Freedom 22.99%
Amazon 25.99%
