Work with what you have to keep your utilzation low until you're in the high 600's. All you'll get now is low limit cards if not outright denial. I'm speaking from experience.

For people with multiple citi cards are all the member since dates different?

The member date reflects the account opening year as with nearly every bank except AmEx which is a universal date for all cards.

Recently got approved for CITI diamond Preferred. I certanly have no need for a balance transfer card, and I definetly didn't need another card.
I only got it for the Concierge Service really. (Though I used the concierge before even applying lol.) And because I wanted a mastercard
