I applied for the Diamond Preferred several years ago (2009) and they pulled EX (Minnesota), although I see that they soft EQ for account reviews for me. My AAoA was 13 years, Utilization was around 2%, FICO (EQ,TU - couldn't know EX at the time) was around 740ish. Approved for $11,700. Asked for regular CLI's at 6 months for awhile, and got up to $15,750. CLI's were soft pulls through the website (although MANY report hard pulls).

They seem to pull TU for everything here considering I live about a Hal hour from their location

They pulled Experian here in Ohio.
