This is exactly why I will NEVER get a Citi card.  They sent my wife three "pre selected invitations" back before we knew better and she applied all three times...and all three times they shot her down.

Screw Citi.  They weren't there to help her when she was building (not rebuilding) so they sure won't be there now that she has some success.  lol...and i will never touch them even with a ten foot pole.  F-em.

Yeah.. It's supposed to be a good balance carrying card.

Has other benefits as well, comparable to the Visa Signature cards.  Don't know if this card is specifically considered a "world elite" card though.  It is available with an EMV chip, got mine not too long ago.  More benefit info:
