What's the dofference between the 2?

Can someone please tell me what the difference is between the Capital 1 Venture CC & Cap 1 Platinum? Can what the heck is cash back?? I tried to read up on it and really don't understand what that is?? Thanks in advance!!

Without going and looking I believe the point of the Venture card is to give you 2 points on certain things vs just standard 1 point.

Cashback with most companies, once you reach $25 you can ask for a check or sometimes it's a statement credit.

Actually they have 2 versions of the venture card. The double points and 1 point for every eligible dollar. I don't think the single points card has an annual fee where the double points does. The cashback can be redeemed at anytime on the cash back cards for a credit to your account or a check.

A rather-insignificant-difference would be that Venture is a Signature card..
