any card from Mom's savings and loan, mostly loan bank.... ;-p
From my experiance, Cap1 by far. Get their regular Platinum card. After about 3 statements, contact them via chat and have them PC to QS without the annual fee.

My Discover card statement cut 8/21, and my TU fico is 626. 30 day late is STILL reporting, so once it is (and hopefully) removed, my CS will be at least 660-675.
My current debt to credit limit is 20%, but I'm paying off stuff, so it should be under 12 percent in a few weeks.
TU INQ's are 10. EQ and EX is over 40 (from my idiotic app spree days).
So once the 30 day late falls off, I DO have a chance, I think, but only for cards that primarily pull TU.
Unless...are there ANY CCC's that pull EQ/EX and don't mind INQ's?
I've heard before some CCC's don't deny only on INQ's so would like some info on that too.
Yes, if your 30 day late comes off, your score may increase; BUT you still have several inquiries across all three bureaus. If you keep apping 'just because' it may cause AA from the current cards you're holding. Work on building what you have. When your current cards start receiving CLIs, then you'll know your headed in the right direction. Until that time comes, be patient.
Well I'm just looking at TU. I can't app AT ALL on EQ or EX, not for at least 6 months.

Cap1 Journey is your answer, they always pull TU. This card has 1% cashback plus an additional .25% if you pay your bill on time, so in essense its 1.25% cashback.. After 3 statements, contact them and PC to QS for the 1.5% cashback. Good luck.
Otherwise, garden.

Cap 1 pulls all 3 bureaus ( except their BuyPower Card) - true TU pullers are Barclays and most Synch bank cards. However, as OP has a somewhat interesting profile and has been advised to wait on apps for the next 6 mos; I fear this advice will fall on deaf ears

Cap1 one is too scary anyway, and their recon process stinks.

???
For me Cap1 can perfectly keep up with my other cards... or I could even go a step further, is the lender with the BEST offers in terms of BTs for me

Hahaha....I remember reading that thread while it was going on. I don't think I ever replied--just kind of rolled my eyes and chuckled at the replies.
PS. Easiest TU pulling co branded/store card is WalMart mc
