Nothing, cheddar. Absolutely nothing. It kept saying "some one will be with you shortly." I put the phone on intercom and did some house work, checked e-mails, made calls on cell, planned out the day, etc. Then I realized it had been an hour and no one ever came to the phone. I hung up.

I'm pretty sure the recon numbers are 9am-7pm on regular business days or maybe 8am-10pm.

I just called that recon number again and it said their office hours are 9 a.m. - 5 p.m., Monday thru Friday, EST. The credit department is now closed.
