I don't recall the dates for the increases, but I started with Discover after years of credit card inactivity (had 760s scores at app).  I app'd on 09/09/14 and received a 3,300 starting limit.  Currently I am at 28,800.  The last one was about 30 days ago but it was only for 500 dollars.  I seem stalled at this area, but I might need to wait 90 days.  My TU score is 798 currently.

You give me hope! I actually love my Discover card, but it's been the lowest starting limit and the slowest to grow. Hits a year next month, and I just had my last baddie fall off of TU so maybe they will give me a very special anniversary present

9/15 +$300 -> $800

11/15 +$500 -> $1300

Opened at $10.5k, then 6 months later auto CLI to $13.5k. Never requested one, but it's already my highest CL. Seems like 6 months might be a pattern for auto CLI.

4/15: approved with SL $1000

8/15: auto - $300 (total CL $1300)

10/15: SP request - $1500 (total CL $2800)

1/16: auto - $700 (total CL $3500)

2/16: SP request - $4000 (total CL $7500)

I've been getting 4k increases every 2 months since 7/2015. Their DoubleCashback promotion really paid off for this customer, I've been putting about 80% ($400-600) of my spend on this card as a result.

I got my first at 91 days, however YMMV.

I got my first CLI just after my 3rd statement, which was around 75 days after account opening.
