Re: What's your highest CL and who is the CCC?

USAA MC $27K. It was USAAAmEx $30K and $7K on the MC, but I did some rearranging to make the MC more useful, and to have the second card at 5 digits.

I think having the second highest CL in the five digits is a very important concept. I am trying to arrange that now. (Very passively.)

Since I don't expect ever to pay it (my wife and I got scared about the real estate market in 2006 so we have saved up over a year's living expenses in cash since then), I'm not gonna bother fighting rate hikes. But if anybody lowers my limit then I will take my business elsewhere. Even in this market my wife and I regularly get offers (about half as many offers per month as a year ago, but we're still getting them).

Top feeding continues - but the top is way up there these days.

I would question every AA action, perhaps more that once. At best you'll get something, and at worst you'll get a "NO".

Re: What's your highest CL and who is the CCC?

Be happy! You are doing fine.

Remember it takes a substantial income to justify those CL's. Also, when something needs to be cut down those excess CL's are going to be one of the first places reviewed.
