My highest limit is $13k on a Penfed VISA which I just got.  Have 8 cards now that have >$10k limits now.  I think once you have a few on your report the new ones come in that way or higher

3000 on my discover! Canceling two cards soon, hopefully I can get an increase to 4k in 4 months!
