Highest I have is a Citi Advantage with a $43k limit. No others over $20K.
As far as buying a car with a CC - tried it a couple times - both time they said the most they would let me charge was $3K.

Mine is Chase Palladium for $45,000 and DH has ML+ for $200,000. I think he's maxed out his ML+ limit.
