14.24 on mine. It was 17.99 but I requested it to be lowered and they did.
Just received mine in the mail - 0% until 10/2013, then 18.99 () and 0% on BTs for 18m. I mainly got it for the BT but man 18.99! I haven't seen such high rates since my FP days. I asked the csr about lowering it when I called to activate and she said that I'll have to call back after the promo period ends in October.

thats like 6 months? for purchases im guessing?
got another citi pre approval today, 13.99 interest rate heres the kicker. 0% for 18 months on bt AND purchases.

Yep. 0% on purchases for 6m and then 18.99.
17.99% I called sometime last year to request a reduction and they just offered me a 0% APR period until 8/13. I'll be calling back around 8/13 to switch to IT and to request another reduction.
I called them to lower APR from 12.99% to 11.99% yesterday.
