What's your lowest CL and highest CL?

The reason I ask, is while rebuilding my history, I'm wondering if I'll ever be able to get higher CL's (after my scores improve, of course!)---because of the lower limit cards I have.

My lowest CL is $200 and my highest is $3500. ?
