You made me look them all up so I'm posting them for future reference!
Merrick Bank 6.15%
BofA AAA 7.99%
Chase Slate 11.24%
BofA Business MC 11.24%
Chase Amazon 13.24%
Barclays SMWMC 13.99%

I don't own any store cards. The wife on the other hand.... they are typically whatever your state maximum allows.
My lowest APR is my Citi Forward with 9.24%, while my highest APR (non store) is my Chase Freedom with 23.24% (ouch!). Its been over 5 years since I've repeatedly asked for a reduction from Chase, and they haven't / won't do it. Thus that card is paid asap! I also have a Gap Silver and Target RedCard that both have 22%+ APRs that get paid immediately after use as well.
one credit goal this year is to consolidate a few tradelines and request/receive APR reductions. BoA and Discover have both told me I'm at the lowest (11.99 each I believe), but I'm aiming for sub 10%!
Lowest Non-reward: Barclay Ring - 8%
Lowest Reward: Chase Sapphire - 10.24%
Highest: Capital One Quicksilver - 19.8%
Lowest 7.25% with local CU
highest 18.99% Chase Freedom (got it when my FICO was less than stellar)
12.99% on Amex Everyday after 0 intro offer ends
24.99% on Barclays
I'm just counting non store cards for this one.

How the heck is your APR that high on a Chase SW?
Publicly offered is 15.99%
Got it years ago...was an Airtran A+ card, then Chase took over the card.
Close + Reopen. They are offering 50K signup bonus for 2K spend.
Ditto. Anyone paying higher than 15.99 on Chase travel card, close and reapply (be sure to transfer points, and transfer limits if have another chase cRd, can transfer back).

Ah, the reported VS rate for Chase Amazon.
Not all that long ago (pre-rebate era), I would have considered anything over 10% exhorbitant.
Lowest - AMEX BCE, 11.99%
Highest - Sallie Mae, 22.99%
