My new QS and Venture (apped on 3/20/15) are both at 17.9%. I had no idea this was rare. As you can see in my sig, my scores are pretty low.

Lowest: 10.9% BECU Visa

Highest: 24.99% Barclays Rewards MC

14.65% on NFCU cashRewards to 24.99% on the Barclay Rewards MC.

I don't count my secured card (9.9%, because it's secured and going away in October when the associated CD matures).
