Thank you in advance for your advice!!

I have the following credit cards. I'm closing on a new home on August 28th. Immediately after closing I want to apply for a Bank of America Visa or Mastercard, JCPenny, Lowes, Conns and/or Home Depot.  I need to purchase window blinds, refrigerator, garage door opener and a lawn mower........would like a big screen TV.  What are my chances and what would you do???

Tribute Mastercard (3 years) bal. $600.00 CL $1050.00

Orchard Bank Visa (2 years) bal $0.00 CL $600.00

Legacy Visa (2 years) bal $0.00  CL $450.00

No lates or over the limits on any of these....ever.

Only 4 inquiries over the last 4 months all from the mortgage company.

The first thing I would do is pay down the Tribute MC. You are near 60% util on that. BofA prob isn't possible with your current scores, but once you pay Tribute down, you may have a nice bump.
