Citi has direct applications for WEMC with their Citi Executive/AAdvantage and Citi Prestige cards and Chase still offers the WMC/WEMC with a few of their co-branded products, just not their mainline cards such as CSP or Freedom.

Forgot... that is a fact. Boy did I trip out on this one. USAA has a World Mastercard and Barclays has a World Mastercard... Time to crawl back in a hole.

Chase Ink used to come as a WEMC, but they have switched to Visa Business a couple months ago.
