What to do?

Duck Card closed my account, as they have many.

 

What they did that bites, is remove the ability to pay online.

 

I speicifcally told them that I WILL NOT be sending a payment in the mail. I've had my ID stolen a couple times do to mailing in payments.

 

I sent a complaint to the BBB, asking OCCU card services to restore the online bill pay function.

 

Think they would be helpful? All they did was copy and paste the letter they sent me.

 

The due date for this bill is coming up, and I'm running out of options.

Since I always pay online, but never from the card's website... I don't understand why don't you just used the Bill Pay feature of one of your banks, like I do?

It's on you unfortunately to move to meet your monthly payment expected despite the frustration or inconvenience of having to money order or send them a check. Surely you don't need to have to contend with the derog of a late payment posting to your reports and causing more concern then it already has.
