Re: What was you first 2k+ limit card?

It was my Chase Freedom, instantly approved for $7k. Had about a year and a half of history, with only about $9k in student loans, a $1500 secured Orchard, an $1800 JCP, and $400 Shell. Goes to show that "slow and steady wins the race" prevails Smiley Wink

Re: What was you first 2k+ limit card?

Many many years ago, I had a Chase card instant approval with 3K limit, (CLI went up to 17K  at some point) that was almost 7 years ago. Since then so many collections, hopefully I will be back there soon.

This thread is so interesting! My first $2k card was USAA World MC for $10k. Prior to that, I only had a First Premier card ($450) and Capital One ($500). USAA stole my heart. Lol. Smiley Tongue

Re: What was you first 2k+ limit card?

My Amex Delta Gold was my first 2k limit card (initial limit issued) and that was last November.

That card is now at a 10k CL
