My 1st CCs (all in one day) were obtained when I was 20. Mashall Fields ($500), JCPenney ($250), Jacobsons ($500) and not long after MBNA Visa ($1K - had to mail that one in).
My first credit card was from Barnett Bank, I was 21 years old it was a visa and mastercard with a $500 limit, Now Im 52 lol
I was 18 and got a Visa from National City Bank (now PNC) with a $500 limit. That was maxed out within days..LOL
29 got my 1st wells fargo secured card with a 300 limit. This 3 months ago and I don't even use it anymore
First credit card was when I was 18 it was Upromise College Student rewards. $500 limit

Remember those books you had to pay to be in if you were a "good" high school student?
I still have that card though it has changed name. Awww yissss for AAoA!
I see that many people obtained their first card at an early age.
Do you guys think you managed them well.... or knew what you were doing?

Man, that was a long time ago. My first cards were gasoline at 18, ummm... errr... circa 1974. Sears and Montgomery Wards followed soon after. Visa or MC, I can't remember exactly but by 1980 I had both.
