Re: What was your 1st CC EVER, and old were you?

My 1st CCs (all in one day) were obtained when I was 20.  Mashall Fields ($500), JCPenney ($250), Jacobsons ($500) and not long after MBNA Visa ($1K - had to mail that one in).

Re: What was your 1st CC EVER, and old were you?

I see that many people obtained their first card at an early age.

Do you guys think you managed them well.... or knew what you were doing?

Man, that was a long time ago. My first cards were gasoline at 18, ummm... errr... circa 1974. Sears and Montgomery Wards followed soon after. Visa or MC, I can't remember exactly but by 1980 I had both.
