Whats the Best Card I can get

I'm on 80000 fixed income with a  credit score of 832. Need it more to transfer a balance want to keep the interest rate pretty low.

I need it more to transfer a balance. I would be nice to have maybe no intrest for a short length of time.

Barclay ring is a low APR card 

Before you app think...
Have you done your research of the CC?
Does it fit your spending?
Do you have a plan for the bonus w/o going into debt?
Can you afford the AF?
Do you know the cards benefits? Is it worth the HP?

Barclay ring would be the best I think it's 7.5% you might want to check what their promo is right now.

Citibank have 18 moths no interest which better than other credit offer.

Longer term but Chase BT fee is 0%. Depends on how much OPs transferring for the 3 extra months plus their BT fee
