10.9% on my credit union card. I have had it for 2 years. It also has a 1% cash back on all purchases. 

I use it infrequently though since I don't carry a balance and my Quicksilver gives me better rewards.

I have 10.99% on both my Citi Forward and Discover It. Citi was opened in 2011 at 12.99% and automatically reduced. Discover was approved this week at that rate.

3.25% (prime rate) on my Wells Fargo Visa Platinum. I opened it in June 2008. It has a $19 annual fee. I don't believe they offer it anymore to the public but it has been a great card thus far!
