If you PC a card ex( platinum prestige to quicksilver) does the account number stay the same? Just curious as I'm still waiting on my new card but wasn't sure if the account number would be dif from what it is on the website. They have updated the credit card "picture" on my account but I just waiting on card.
The account remains the same, including for reporting purposes. Only the reward structure (and annual fee, if applicable) change. Even the network remains as it is.

Ok thank you. I assumed the acct would stay the same but wanted to check since it was changing from one type of card to another!
