When and how am I charged the AF for CSP?

I opened a CSP card last August. It's been a full year since I've had the card so I'm wondering when and how I'm charged the $95 annual fee? Does it just get charged to the card itself? When should I expect to be charged? I haven't seen or heard anything as of today.

I got my Sapphire last September, and the latest statement had a notation that says that they will charge the annual fee on 10/1, so the month after 1 year date they will charge it to your Sapphire.

On a related note, my Sapphire always closes on the 2nd of each month, I hope I can pay it quickly enough so that it reports as $0 which I like. It's gonna be close!
