When can I get Chase bonuses again?

I used to have the CSP but closed 1yr ago, my question is, will I ever be able to get the card again with the sign up bonus? If so, how long do I have to wait?

Finally, are these rules the same for all chase cards?

Correct, but more precisely, 24 months from the last bonus award as opposed to when you were last approved for the card OP.  This applies to all Chase cards offering a sign-up bonus.
