I was just looking over my Credit Karma info that updates on Saturdays. I found that JCP and Walmart reported early. Could that be because both accounts received CLIs this week? The old statement closing dates were on the 21st so the account info reported last week. And then they reported this week too. Showed the new credit lines along with my Walmart balance that is usually at $0.00 just before the statement closes. The current statement will go long so it won't close until the new date which is September 15th. I guess they will be showing that balance until then.
I learned something new today. Are there many other lenders that do that?

Yes this is why. Synch always reports immediately changes to account.
Tuolumne -does this include payment changes or only CLI changes? I woudl have to review my AEO Visa and Walmart accounts to see if that has been the case. I have the Ebates Visa in the mail to me now so it would be nice to know.
Walmart is known to do a mid cycle update if you have a balance on it at that time, its the way my card works do I pay it off 2x a month so it doesnt update a balance to the CRA.
I signed into my CK account today and see that my Walmart balance was updated again. I can see updating my account after the CLI but I'm very surprised that they did it again a few weeks later. Not that it's a big deal. I just wish they would all follow the same pattern.

I know Chase report every time I pay down to $0 balance.
Barclay reported within 24 hours for me, and Citi Double Cash reported within 2 days.
