A CSR told me this via secure message: "I would like to inform you that the 5% bonus points are credited within six to eight weeks after the qualifying transactions are posted to the account."
This doesn't make sense either though since my account hasn't even been open for 6 weeks, yet I received a little over half of the 5% bonus points I should have. It's frustrating because there's no way to check to make sure the points calculations were correct from month-to-month.
I concur.
Never noticed that until now. I simply assumed that everything was simpatico.
Now, I see, there seems to be some lag time OR it's just in accurate.
I had purchases in the 5% cashback that equalled just about $115. That comes out to about $5.75... 575 points.
My statement there is saying I am getting 473. I have no idea where the disparity is.
Nevermind, I found it. Apparently my movie purchases were thrown into "entertainment" and aren't being treated as the "Movies" category. **bleep**.
It's only taking into account my groceries (which for some reason includes Target), but two cinemas won't count as "Movies"?
So it actually seems mine is "accurate" based on the Groceries category.

Keep in mind that with $115 spent on the 5% categories you will received 575 TOTAL points. On your UR rewards statement where it says 473, it should actually be 460 since the first 1% isn't included, only the 4% on top (the bonus).
I'm VERY confused now. So it IS taking into account the movies, it's just separating the points into two different "points categories"?

There's some kind of delay, so you probably have points from the previous statement (or maybe even older) just now hitting. That's why those no way to know for sure what you're getting bonus points on.
And at the same time some of your 5% category purchases might not be reflected until next month, or later.
