When on earth will Orchard report my new balance??

I'm pretty sure that I read on here a while back that Orchard will report CC balances at the end of the month. I made a payment to get my UTL down from 85% to 3%, which was posted on the 28th of Dec. I've been checking every day since the 1st with TrueCredit and CreditCheck Total and the balance is still the same.

Can someone who has an Orchard card tell me what day of the month their balance updates with the CRAs?

They waited two months to update for me last time, friggin nuts.  I never carry a balance with them now.

Wow, are you serious? Now it seems like there is absolutely nothing good about having a CC with Orchard Bank, except for being able to start showing a good payment history.

I've had it for 10 months now and they gave me a secured card back when others like Capital One denied me for a secured card. I'm waiting for 3 baddies to fall off plus get my UTL down so I can apply for a BoA in hopes of getting the 99/500 offer. Once I get a card with a real bank I am going to cancel this POS card. After all the reading I've done here it looks like they never waive the AF, nor do they graduate it to an unsecured card.

Yeah I got the 99/500- a few months ago, love it to death!  My orchard is in the sock drawer, they ticked me off when they gave me a $20 CLI at 6 months.  Thats just a slap in the face.

Wow , a $20 CLI is a huge slap in the face.  I hope at least that they didn't do a hard pull on that....jeez!

No hard pull, I didnt initiate it.  Just logged into my account one day and saw my CL was 320 instead of 300.  Payed the 60 balance, took the card out of my walet, haven't touched it since.  Its funny I would still have the card in my rotation if they hadnt given me an increase!

They don't rush to post payments either, scared me last month.

Yeah they like to do payment holds every once in a while for no apparant reason.  I got better cards so they will get fired before the next AF.
