No i called later that evening to do a PC. I called one of the back door numbers.

You can always call customer service and see if you qualify for an auto CLI.  If you do that won't result in a hard pull because they've already soft pulled you and have calculated you qualify.  A good way to go about it is to call and see what offers they have for balance transfers or direct deposits and ask if you qualify for an auto CLI.
