When will I be able to ask for a CLI for my Clear card?

I got approved for the Clear card on April 11th, I know that you can apply for your first CLI 60 days from the certain date but I heard that sometimes the date differs. Should I wait until my statement cuts off on the 22nd? Thanks.

You can request a CLI on your 61st day after activation, then every 6 months after that.
