When will I get my Hooters card?

I applied for Hooters on 7/9 and was approved for $8k.  It's been a while and I still haven't received my card.  Anyone else get this kind of delay?

Why is everyone wanting a hooters card.  Is it easier to approved for?  Are they good at reporting?  Why??

i applied on 07/03/07

called on 07/17 and told was approved

received it in the mail on 07/20/07

They seem to be pretty generous w/ credit lines, and are BK friendly.
