Where are my points??

Two statements later I still haven't received my PRG bonus. Don't even have points from regular purchases. It was opened in January, met the spend before the first statement, and they closed 2/13 and 3/14. This blows

I think I asked a CSR once about how points work, and it was something along the lines of them taking a statement plus like 15 days.

They are currently having some issues/upgrades to their system. Rewards are really delayed. First time my points posted took almost 2 1/2 months.
