#1 Discover: By far the best I've delt with so far.
#2 Chase: Very personable folks, easy peasy to get straight answers from
#3 BOA: I haven't really talked to them much over the phone, but have always had super excellent service through secure messaging, they seem to be quite knowledgeable.
#4 Cap1: This shouldn't be much of a surprise to anyone. No offense to anyone, but I can never understand their non-english speaking CSRs and they are the script kings!

4. Capital One,, yes Cap 1 is right here, I don't know what it is, but they have started treating me different since I got the Venture card.
1) NFCU- Best overall Customer Service hands down!
2) Chase- Friendly and helpful especially during RECON
3) USAA- Awesome auto insurance CSRs
4) Discover- Friendly and I like how they are all based in the US
5) Amex- Friendly and helpful CSRs cant understand them sometime though

Ditto for me. I have had outstanding service from Capital One with the same card.
BOA and Chase would be a good CS
