Did not pay attention but there are mailings coming from El Paso, TX 79998 and my approval letter came from Salt Lake City, UT 84131. What I know is that they have a card processing center in Bal Harbour, FL but from where my card came...sorry did not look at it that close was exited to see the card so I ignored the rest
