I've logged into my Capital One online banking account but I've yet to be able to find this live chat feature that I hear about sometimes on here.
Where is it?

Once you log into your acct its located in the top left hand corner. It's a blue button.
Does it say "Live Chat"? I'm logged in right now but dont see anything.

Go to the customer service tab and search chat now. A window should pop up. The button diaappears randomly.
Just checked under the customer service tab and I dont have that option.
I dont think I have the option to chat on my account. I just wanted to make sure I wasnt crazy or a complete idiot.
I'm living abroad as well. Maybe the option is only available if you're logged in from the USA.

For me the button shows up right under my name, on the left...where it says Account Summary and then Welcome, John Appleseed...

I don't have the live chat option when I log on either. My fiance' has it when he signs in. I am not sure why it doesn't show up on mine though. Glad I am NOT crazy either.

I wonder why some people can log in and others cant.
