Ok now that USAA has let Experian corrupt it (thats my thought anyway), what AMEX cards will allow you to use AMEX Credit Secure??

From what I could just tell when looking, any amex. You just need an amex to bill the $15 a month to. I could be wrong though

Well I dont qualify for any of them but if the prepaid works I'd do that! I dont think they offer a secured card anymore

All you need is a card that lets you log into the Amex website and pay for the service.
