To maximize MR points you should be transferring it to Amex partners, rather than to redeem it for gift cards or cash equivalents. The value can vary depending on where you are transferring to.

What do you guys think are my approval chances? Is PRG more difficult to get than BCP and/or Delta?

As we all know how to maximize the value of CSP, do we have any similar thread on how to maximize the value of PRG (which airline to transfer etc)?

PRG is easier to get than BCP and/or Delta. PRG is a charge card. The other 2 are revolvers.

There are many travel blogs explaining how to maximize MR points. Eventually, it boils down to which airlines you are flying. If you're flying airlines that are not partners with Amex, then MR points are not going to be as useful for you. Best to first find out if you have a specific airline restriction / preference, and then decide which card to get.

PRG is a charge card; it's much easier to obtain than the BCP or the Delta Gold. Make sure you spend as much on your current Amex cards as possible and allow some time between applications so Amex won't suspect the motives for applying for a new card.

There are many forums and blogs on the internet that dissect the transfer options for the Membership Rewards program. In general, I believe transferring to Singapore Airlines or ANA would give you the best value, followed by Delta.
