What number should I call for the Exxon/Mobile MC?
Should I call the CITI application status or the Exxon Business #?
(this post was split off from the Backdoor Numbers thread. -Scamp)
called the number and they said it was DECLINED?
They reported something talking about my revolving account and CC balances.
First off, I don't even have a CC.
Second, my revolving account is at $578
Third, All I have are student loans and 2 other accounts
I talked with the lady and she said it was declined and for me to fax in the credit report copy. I don't get why I was declined for this. People get accepted with much lower scores. My EQ is 672.
Only other information I can see is it doesn't list an employer on my report and also I live at a different address than what it states. I will be moving this week actually and getting a new job as well.
Please help?
Yeah that is what I mean.
My revolving accts- Zales and Dell- total of $578- total av. credit= almost 3,000
My installments are my student loans- 107,000. I just graduated so I have not started paying them yet.
That is all I have with a EQ score of 672.
Why was I declined? She said something on revolving accounts but I told her I have 578 in balances and that was it. Said to fax in a copy of my report because she said they sometimes receive mis information from the bearue.
What is going on? If I am not accepted for a fricken gas card then what is going on?
I also am a AU I believe on my dad's Citi card that he has excellent credit and PIF every month.
That is true. The only other thing I can think of is my CR states a different address and no employer.
I graduated college in December and start a job in March. Also, address is new and have not loved there yet.
But they did not mention anything about that.
Did they offer you the regular Exxon/Mobile?
Also,
If I call again and ask do they pull another inquiry?
If I call the backdoor # and they ask for SS#, ADDRESS, ETC... is it another hard pull or no?
No,
They didn't offer me anything
I am thinking of calling again and gettting a 100% response.
I called Citi four times today, got four different CRS's (how good were those odds!), and all four said no. I might try again tomorrow. But you can only have Lucy pull the football away so many times before you quit trying to kick it.
It might be easier to get the regular card. Then after some time upgrade?.
