I would say the last one with no rewards. Although, BOA tends to be very strict on all their cards.

I would say the last one. I applied for that one several months ago and was denied and then they sent me an invitation for the 99/500 secured. You can see my scores below and they pulled all 3 of my credit reports.
Was is 99/500?

99/500 is partially secured card, a 99 deposit gets you a 500 limit
Also the standard bank americard is the easiest to get as there is no rewards program

All that and a little "flakey" at times too LOL (Disclaimer: The BOAconstrictor is not my fav institution......)
I was just approved for a $3500 CL on the Rewards card. FICO unknown but I'm sure its below 700. My EQ is 688 and TU 690. I also have a checking, savings and mortgage with them so I'm not sure if that helped with the approval or not
How did you get the secured off of 99/500? When I look on their website, the secured card says it has to be a min deposit of $300
+1

I've never had a secured card with BofA but have heard about the 99/500 offer before on the forums-its actually pretty well documented if you google it.
It seems like it's a counteroffer when you get denied for an unsecured card, similar to what amex does with the hard limit or autopay zync. I know someone who actually once got an offer in the mail for it as well, so not sure but it might be targeted rather than available to the general public (and thus not available through the bofa website) as well.
