Which CC company is more forgiving 4 past collections & new approval?

TU-FICO 705,EX-Plus 710,EQ-FICO 708

Those are the numbers.Another fact is that I have unpaid 8 year old debt that has fallen off my credit report, with the companies I want to get a new card with.Which companies in your experience are more forgiving with old debt and willing to look past unpaid debt and approve a new credit card?

Here is a list:

Saphire Chase, Or AnyChase reward point Card. (Had a unpaid Circuit City Chase)

Any American Express card but preferrably a Blue (Had a unpaid Blue)

I had a few Cap1's but I really don't want them again mainly because of access in customer service.

What CC companies do you believe are more forgiving?

Thanks

Cap 1 is very forgiving. Chase can be forgiving, but any unpaid debt must be first paid.

AMEX is not forgiving if you burned them in the past. Either AMEX blacklist you or you will be stuck with a low limit.

I think Amex blacklists forever, you may have to satisfy the debt to ever get back in with them.

If you are blacklisted, AMEX does not welcome you back even if debt is paid.

If you had a collection or BK with AMEX before, you chance of getting back to AMEX is slim. Even if you managed to get back to AMEX you will be stuck with a low limit with very slim chance of CLI.

Amex is NOT BK friendly, there are countless posts on here about this.  Even after the 10 years goes by, you'll still be in their system.  They never forget.

What about BofA? Are they forgiving?

Its true about CapOne...I've hosed them several times in the past and still got a new card with a $500 limit recently.  Just be prepeared for 3 HP's when you apply, one for each report.
