Which CRA do CCC use for HP's

Does anybody know what CRA the major CCC use to qualify applicants for their services? I'm wondering if i want to add a new CC or even a Cli which CCC I would Have a better chance of approval. My TU and EX scores are much higher than my EQ score.

They can pull any or all of the 3. 

Chase say they pull random CRBs, but in my experience in MA they pull exclusively EX.

AMEX almost exclusively EX, but sometimes they will pull TU additionally.

Capital One pulls all 4.
