Which CRA does Hooters pull (NYC/East Coast)

I've read some great stories about Hooters Card here (I def won't keep it in my wallet if I get it but that's another story) and am hoping to have my scores up to mid 600s by Feb. For some reason Equifax is 100-125 points above the others so that is probably my best bet.

Has anyone from NY/East Coast applied, if so can you tell me which CRA, result, and FICOs?

I'm in NYC.  Hooters pulled TU.

I was declined with TU around 610-ish.  I had no revolving TLs at the time, and that was the reason for denial.
