Not sure what the USAA gives you but I would proably say Discover More is better rewards? but not sure where you live, but Discover would probably not be my every day just because it's not accepted very much around here I feel (LA) funny that Amex use to be the step child of being accepted and I think especially here they FAR exceed Discover acceptance.
Whichever card has the better rewards needs to be your daily spender.

I agree, get the most bang for your buck!
Thanks everybody and right now it looks like Discover wins
Definitely use the Discover card for restaurants for this quarter.
And you can enroll your card to autopay for your utilities and get 2% cashback on that as well.
It pays to Discover.

Thanks for that bit of info, Frugal! I was beginning to think that my DIscover More was going to be seldom used in comparison to my Chase Freedom. Now I'll definitely set up my utilities to be paid with my Discover.
To the OP: I would say to use the card that rewards you the most. The Discover More is a great card all around - but remember that you'll only get 1% back on everything after you spend $3k for the year...at least AFAIK.
Thanks FrugalRican Im signing up to have my sprint bill paid automatically with them and when I get back from Afghanistan I will set up my utilities on it as well
Make sure your utilities will actually use Discover though. I had no problem with any of mine except Verizon.
Verizon won't take Discover and that made me frugally sad.
