Which Chase number to call on Recon and When

So making my planned escape from the garden, apped in branch today and got the 7-10 day. Just wanted to check what recon number is best to call?

The two numbers in the backdoor thread suggest one is Recon and the other Credit Analyst recon. Also when is the best time to call after an app.
