SPG unless they don't take AMEX (quite often it seems). Then Barclays Arrival for 2.2%.

I pay my premium 6 months at a time. Last time used the CSP to meet min spend, next time it's due in Aug I'll use Cap One QS.

I use my Capital One Quicksilver Visa. Actually last month was the first time I used a credit card to pay this bill. Previously I would just have the amount deducted from my bank account. I figured I may as well get some cash back from this payment also.
